"Ordering was straightforward. I bought 3 different dvd sets because they were on sale. I received no confirmation when they shipped 2 weeks after ordering. I had sent 2 emails over the course of a week looking for an order status but never got anything back.

I received a package from them 19 days after ordering. It was the wrong order. The box even had the wrong invoice in it. I have tried calling and emailing them but have gotten no response.

In the 4 times I've tried calling I have not been able to speak with someone. I left a voice mail but I have little hope I'll get a call back.

I am thoroughly disappointed with this store."

"Store is straight foward to use. They offer a small range of videos to download. More movies are going to be added soon according to the site. Over all buying process is typical for any online movie store. After downloading the content you will probably have to update you video codecs. (WMA DRM used, Media VC-1 Codec.)

Th videos are clamied to be dvd quality, but are slightly lacking. Don't get me wrong, they look fine watching on your computer, but are not dvd quality. If your hoping to be able to burn to dvd forget it. Video and sounds quality are both good. I don't understand why each video has to have thier logo in the bottom right corner. Its slightly annoying watching a movie that has water marks.

Pricing is a bit high. For the price you are better off finding a dvd copy of what you want to watch. Most are actually cheaper in dvd format. This is probably due to the cost in bandwidth each download takes.

All in all a decent company to deal with. If you don't have access to the dvds and are willing to pay the price I would recommend Adv Universe.
