Had problems with games working using their software. Tech support was unable to help. After a few complaints about several games not working, they locked my account and refused any refund.

All games that you can resell must be played using their software, which works some of the time. Some games work great and others were completely unplayable.
The online gaming sales used to be limited to one large company, steam. Over the past few years companies having been popping up. Green Man Gaming, GMG, is a British company that offered a new twist that you can trade-in old games, so I game it a shot. Games either activate on steam and can not be returned or they use GMG gaming capsule. Using their software works most of the time, as in 12/20 games. Tech support was unable to resolve the issues with several games and suggested I trade them in. Why would I buy a game and not want to play it, let alone want to lose money in the process of trading it in. Several support tickets were submitted. I requested a refund on several games and was told to dispute the charges if I want my money back. In the end, they just locked my account. It was probably best as such a company does not deserve any more of my money.
Recommendation: Avoid. Stick with amazon or steam."

My first order from this company was 4 years ago. I ordered some Microsoft software and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the product was shipped and received. The item was packed well. The problem came when I tried to use the software. Despite being a brand new item, they key for the software was already used. I contacted Microsoft support and they verified the product was indeed used. Techforless.com was contacted and sent another replacement, which also turned out to be used. This experience left an awful taste in my mouth.
Earlier today, I received an email offering $10 off my order. Hoping that my previous experience was just a fluke, I went through their inventory and picked a new item. The order was placed and an email confirmation was received within seconds. The confirmation email stated the item was "used." I instantly called their 800 number and was told the order would be canceled. After a few minutes, the online order status showed credit card excepted. Expecting the cancellation to be completed by this time, I sent an email to follow up that the item was canceled. Tech for less' reply was that the order already shipped and I can track it. You are expecting me to believe that within 10 minutes of an order it is already at FedEx? I replied within 5 minutes and now I received a reply that they are behind on the customer service and it will take 4 days for the to reply.
Prices: 0/5. Used products are prices the same as new at well known online stores.
Support: 0/5. They apologize, but are unwilling to help.
Customer satisfaction is 0%. Only stores that have problems with customer satisfaction need "Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed" pasted all over their site.

Over all I was unimpressed by the cameras. They are designed like items you would have bought in 2000. The computer webcams you can buy at the local store are a lot better. For being free after rebate I can not complain. Contacting support was easy and my questions were answered. Within a few minutes a chat log of the conversation was sent to my email (for those that have ever dealt with customer service this is an extremely nice touch when something promised does not go through.) Rebate took two and a half months, but did show up in full. Would I recommend buying from them? Probably not. The website reminds me of a tv infomercials. The constant emails they send can be rather annoying. For the price you can probably find better quality items elsewhere."

"Cheapest price I could find for one book and it happened to be brand new. It took ten days for it to arrive. All in all not too bad. The book arrived with proper packaging. An email confirmation was sent from a1books.com the next day confirming my order. Two days later another email arrived saying my order was shipped the previous day. The tracking number received never seemed to work, when trying to check the delivary status. From a week after placing the order the item arrived. For being used it was in very good condition.
Would consider this store to be about average. According to amazon's ratings this store has been doing very well lately regarding orders. Would buy from again."
"Order a last minute Christmas present from Pet Solutions and didn't really expect to have the item before holiday. My order was processed very quickly and received an email notice that my product was shipped. When the package arrived you could tell they took extra care in shipping the product and everything was as it should be.

"In order to purchase anything from Connect you must download their software. Compared to other services the software seems a little well not sure how to put it. Lets just say the software is not very well polished. Setting up and account and buying this are pretty straightforward.
After each transaction downloads are started immediately. Re-download of the songs are fairly easy. I have been using Sony's Connect for over two years now, and just a warning some songs I have downloaded are no longer available to download. I mean they are no longer in the store, so it is always wise to keep things backed up.
A small annoyance is you have to long into your account to see what you have purchased. After using other online music stores, I have come to favor having an email copy of my transactions. Also, Sony doesn't really put too much in to some of the pages. Take for consideration the Free music and Deals; they have several out dated deals that have expired several months ago. Those deals are mixed in with current deals."
"After trying several online music stores, this one has been the best to deal with. There are others in the market and after trying each you will realize why iTunes is the most popular.
Apple always tends to present its products well and itunes is not exception. Using their store you will notice a very polished finish. Ordering is very easy. Setting up an account and than buying the music you want is very easy.
Music Quality: 122kbps-128kbps for a normal person with average speakers this is fine. If you plan on playing on high quality speakers, you will notice that the music just not stack up to cds or records. Audiophile will tell you to stay away from any digital store to begin with.
Cost: 99cents per song, Movies prices varies. No matter what the price people will always want it lower. Some stores are cheaper, so are higher, but basically boils down to what type of drm you want your music in. Personally the music price is fine. The movies are still a bit expensive when comparing to other formats and with the restriction of not being burn to dvds tends to be a little restrictive.
All in all the best online music store. After buying hundreds of media I have yet to have a problem with iTunes. I still buy from various stores as selection varies, but most of my online music sales go to apple. Highly recommend."
"After trying a handful of online photo developers, I decided to try ImageStation.
Ordering from their site is pretty simple. The easiest way to upload pictures is via the browser plug-in. Make sure you have all your pictures ready. I had about half of those I wanted printed uploaded before the rest were ready. It will take you to another page, which you can say upload more. Once you start a picture and its uploaded it takes you to the finished page instead of giving you a moment to look for more pictures. So if you order a lot of pictures like me its best to have everything organized before hand.
Process time: Can't say I was impressed. My order was placed before Halloween and according to their site average production time is 2 days, mine lasted 8 days. You might not think that was bad, but I had referred a friend to use their service. They order 2 days after me and received their order before I did. Both orders were for 100 pictures, so can not figure why they are not processing orders in the same order that they are received. That kinda burnt me on using their service, but I will give them another try.
Pricing and Service: There are two other services I would rate higher than Image Station, but they offer very competitive rates.
Pictures turned out good. Sadly Image Station does print the date on the photos, other than that everything was what I expected.

"Store is straight foward to use. They offer a small range of videos to download. More movies are going to be added soon according to the site. Over all buying process is typical for any online movie store. After downloading the content you will probably have to update you video codecs. (WMA DRM used, Media VC-1 Codec.)
Th videos are clamied to be dvd quality, but are slightly lacking. Don't get me wrong, they look fine watching on your computer, but are not dvd quality. If your hoping to be able to burn to dvd forget it. Video and sounds quality are both good. I don't understand why each video has to have thier logo in the bottom right corner. Its slightly annoying watching a movie that has water marks.
Pricing is a bit high. For the price you are better off finding a dvd copy of what you want to watch. Most are actually cheaper in dvd format. This is probably due to the cost in bandwidth each download takes.
All in all a decent company to deal with. If you don't have access to the dvds and are willing to pay the price I would recommend Adv Universe."

"BuyMTDOnline had the part I needed at the cheapest price I could find. After finding the part number on another site I had used thier site. I had called to comfirm the part number and than during the phone call decided to place the order online instead of over the phone. Order was placed, but did not recieve a comfirmation email. The following week after no emails, I ended up calling. They said it had been given a tracking number but had not shipped. The item arrived that day.
There are only a few complaints. The email comfirmation being one of them. I did not recieve it until I actually got my part in the mail. Customers like to be able to track orders. Also creating accounts are annoying just to find out shipping. Very quick shipping, but you dont get a choice for ground or next day. All in all I would buy from this dealing again."

Placed my order and got my items when they said it would arrive. Everything in my order was in perfect working order and packaged well, so will here no complaints from me."
"Usually willing try out new vendors, and Chrageless.com did not disappoint me. There a certain thinsg you expect from online dealers: Confirmation emails, shipping emails and etc. This company did everything by the book. Item was shipped the same day.
