The tech support person referred me to a Telus store on Cambie St in Vancouver. The young woman there went above and beyond to get me going. However, she also had a problem activating my devices and had to also ask for assistance, as it was not part of her job and no training in that area. I was given to believe that the tasks she performed were supposed to be addressed at the source (makes sense to me). All in all, everything is working."
