"I signed up for ATS support for my PC which was running very slowly, and there were indications that i had picked up some malware. That was Tuesday about 1pm. I was told I would need to leave my computer alone for six hours. When I went back to it the following morning, there appeared to be no improvement in its operation and there was no note or follow-up from ATS. I repeated this same process Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and then finally on Saturday before there was any apparent improvement. Each time I spoke to the "senior techs" and had to repeat everything about the problems and fill them in on the previous days of problems. "
"The tech support was pleasant, informative and considerate. He could not find our account because the sales person did not type in our information, name and e-mail, correctly. Thus our initial contact was somewhat frustrating. But he patiently resolved the problems and was able to correct the information. Unfortunately, the company had a power-outage problem and there were no notes available to tech support. Thus he had to start at the very beginning with a frustrated customer. He passed the challenge!!!!! "
