"I recently ordered a drop in stove from Adventure RV and thought I was ordering the stainless top that covers the stove when not in use. Order came, no stainless top only the drip pan that goes under the burners. Shouldn't that have been in the stove package? No it was extra. If etrailer.com would have carried it I wouldn't have ordered from Adventure RV. I won't again!"

"If you can shop anywhere but with AdventureRV.net go elsewhere. We ignored the reviews on this site and purchased a Suburban drop-in stove top from them. We were a week away from a month-long road trip (not an uncommon event for RV-ers and something you'd expect an RV supply store to accommodate). We needed a new stove top for our travel trailer. Enticed by the price and the reviews we read about their speedy shipping, we ordered the stove top through AdventureRV.net. It arrived in 5-7 days, we opened the box to install it 3 days later and discovered that the front was chipped in three places. The shipping box was in Perfect condition and there were no porcelain shards in the box. I searched the box for any information. On their return policy, found a packing slip and a letter to them from a previous customer stating "there is something wrong with the top". I went online to find a phone number to call AdventureRV, but couldn't find one, so I emailed them at the email PayPal gave me for conflict resolution. 2 days later we left on our road trip. I continued to email them when I had the ability to do so while traveling. After 9 emails, and no response from them, we arrived home. I got back on line and combed through their site and found their "ticket system" to contact them with issues, so I filled it out and they replied 2 days later with an offer to refund me 10% of the purchase price (about $17). When I wrote back saying that I'd rather have a replacement , They refused saying my claim was not filed in a timely manner and was too old for their attention and then they closed the claim without doing anything but snipe at my frustrated remarks to them. I don't know who I was conversing with because the emails never identified the author of their replies. It is clear to me that they recycled a defective product to me and then wouldn't respond to my complaint until it was too late to do anything about it. So don't be lured in by reviews of speedy shipping and low prices. That only works if you are lucky enough to get the right product in perfect condition . Instead, believe the reviews that tell you about this company sending the wrong or defective parts and their RUDE customer service, cause that's the truth! They don't really have a customer service department, rather it is a Protect The Company's Bottom Line and Customer Insult Department. If this company's website pops up on your search results, do yourself a favor and skip over them to someone else. I wish I had. "
