It deserved a better delivery service! I needed it "now" and couldn't take the time to send it back so I straightened metal and installed it. Fortunately it works!When your item is shipped in a covered crate it's hard to examine before the shipper takes off. This one didn't wait around and intentionally stacked the crate good side up. Anyway,it's here,it's installed and it works. "

"I've ordered several items over the last few years. I get stuff on time as promised. Sometimes it comes in a different package than I expected but once opened it's exactly as it was supposed to be.

I've bought a replacement propane furnace, a replacement electric converter/circuit breaker box, Levelers for my RV trailer, heated water supply hose, spare tire on rim, and assorted smaller parts. I buy from them online, and no one else, except a store I might see while traveling.

The furnace was the exact manufacture's replacement and the cost was almost half the retail price.

"Beware...AdventureRV.net does not have a customer service department. At nearly $1000, my awning order was split into 2 pieces (awning and hardware). The first part of the order was not shipped for 10 days even though they promised 2-6 days. AdventureRV did not give any updates until I begged for information by email. They responded was that my order shipped. I took a vacation day to receive and install my awning. The carrier only had the awning without the hardware. There was no indication from AdventureRV that they were planning on shipping my complete order. Another 3 days of begging for information from email and chat finally indicated that they will ship my order asap.

The phone number for this company has a recorded message that they only respond to email and chat. Their chat has essentially one response, "Go away and contact us by email". Their email is unresponsive at best.

I honestly feel the only reason I got any response is that I threatened to contact my credit card company and file a complaint. My advice is to only order items from AdventureRV if you don't care if you receive them."
