"We purchased Maxxair fan covers and they had dents on top, and we went to Camping World and ones on display did not have indent, but you claimed they were not damaged, I believe something heavy was set on box and dented them in your warehouse or during transit. We ended up having to pay to return and take a 15% restocking fee, which I don't think we should have had to pay."

"I was pleased with everything except the shipping was a disaster. The unit was just hanging on by one bolt when it was delivered. The box was broken in several places and had been re-taped about 3 times it looked like. I would hope that your shipping department would do a better job in the future.."

"Ordering was simple and fast. My item was sent the next day and I received it within 5 days. Unfortunately it was the wrong size and would not work for my camper. After a couple of emails they agreed to let me return the item even though they did not have to. They stand behind their products and I will be using them in the future. "

"I purchased an item via their website - unable to speak to a representative for assistance as they do not provide support via telephone directly, only Chat & email. The item I wished to order was pictured under two different item numbers. The item that contained the correct manufacturer # stated "picture is not of actual item" so I ordered the other item with the same picture. It was most definitely the wrong item. It was never removed from the shipping box. I attempted to use the Chat to obtain a return auth to exchange but was met w/ resistance. I advised I would contact BBB and my CC company but the rep did not respond. I filed a complaint and quickly received a voicemail from a rep at AdventureRV that was insulting and demeaning. I was then caught up in an email war accusing me of not responding as they wanted and sarcastic comments. They even responded to the BBB complaint with sarcastic comments. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND I STILL HAVE AN INCORRECT ITEM that I paid over $200 for."

"After having a "good" experience as far as getting help in ordering a part for our camper, after we received it and had an electrician to install it into our camper we found out that the part they sent was a substitute. After several attempts to retune it we just counted our loss and bought the "right" part from a reputable dealer. In checking the part remained listed as we had purchased it but now has been removed from their inventory. Maybe we have saved someone else the same problem that we had."
