"I order a Norcold part with a photo and received something that have absolutly no ressenblance to the photo.
Norcold supply the no of the part, so it must be easy to send the good part.
I am not very happy abouth that, specialy when we are on a vacation trip.

"When I placed my order, I selected three vent garnishes with the rest of my order, and did not notice in the final order only one had actually been ordered. Upon noticing the error, the next day, I called to see if two more garnishes could be added to my order as it had not shipped. I was told that the order could not be changed and to just order two more. That was fine, but the shipping on the additional garnishes was almost as much as the product itself, where as it probably would not have added any additional shipping cost to the original order. If a order has not shipped, changes should be able to be made. Most all online retailers give the opportunity to edit an order that has not been shipped.

"Not very good due to inability to talk to a live person for advice regarding my order -- which resulted in the wrong product being shipped to me. I wanted a Thetford Porta-Potti with a rotating pour-out spout and a hold-down kit. After talking direct to Thetford, I ordered Model 735 Marine from Adventure. They changed the order to Model 735 MSD which has a different discharge system that is designed to be connected to other tubing. The part number for the discharge is the same as the part number for the pout-out spout, but is not interchangeable between the 735 Marine and the 735 MSD. I had to return the whole unit at a cost of $23.19 ... all due to a misunderstanding by AdventureRV of my needs. I have a copy of my original request for the 735 Marine and the change at the bottom of their acknowledgement to 735 MSD.
Before I received the actual unit, I had no idea that the MSD was different from the 735 Marine.

"I ordered a furnace and a thermostat. It was delivered after just 2 days time. I thought that the thermostat had not arrived because it was packed inside the furnace so I contacted the company and filled out a ticket. The company emailed me the same day to tell me where to look for it. Very fast and efficient service. I will use them again if I ever have the need."
