"This was my 3rd order from Aegis over the years, NetGear, Thecus N7700 and now an N7700 Pro - I have found John Banks and the rest of the staff, available, helpful and ready to configure, meet last minute "I need it now", deadlines and just really great to deal with. They are in Florida as I, and it was so tempting to buy elsewhere to save sales tax. That would have been a mistake and they are well worth a call.
Fortunately have only had minor newbie configuration issues but they have been there 100%.

"The service I received from eAegis was superb! I had ordered from a large online retailer prior to calling eAegis. Big mistake! After waiting a week for the large retailer to deliver the item I ordered with overnight shipping, I cancelled the order and called eAegis. I placed the order just after noon on a Friday, and received the item overnight with Saturday delivery by noon the next day. eAegis saved the day!

I exchanged several emails with John Banks and quickly got all my questions answered. I placed an order for a NAS device with a custom configuration on Friday. The 48 hour burn-in test was performed over the weekend and the NAS device was shipped on Monday. Great service and no snags. Pricing was compatible to other online stores, even Ebay, but the Aegis' service before and after the sale were unmatched."
