"After I had a chat with my agent David Noel and had decided to make my minimum payment as was offered I encountered a minor set back my credit card won't process and David allowed me the time to get in contact with my bank to ascertain what the problem was and get back to him. I did and with the problem resolved he promptly accommodated my payment that started me on my journey to this vacation.
Later on one of my friends travelling with me had a set back and due to unforeseen circumstances were unable to make the deadline payment after it being extended. However, after the problem was resolved David was able to convince Gate 1 to reinstate my friend's tour without extract cost to the affected parties. Well done!!"
