"The tour company g adventures was there to meet us at airport on time and at every location early to take us to our next location for our independent tour which was expected. G adventures had stops in between transfers to go to the bathroom get survivors. Hotels were all on our itenery. So, we knew where we were staying. The only thing the company could improve is to have someone at each hotel giving us the best deals possible on the excursions. The company took us to g adventures excursions which were a bit more expensive then what we could find on our own. Therefore, my husband and I found deals on the excursions in town. We enjoyed our trip very much and we would use affordable tours again. However, we don't like last minute changes. We like to know exactly where we are staying and the prices for excursions. In future we would definitely want someone at each hotel giving us information on tours and the town. So ,again we enjoyed our trip and would go with the agency again. "

"1) After repeatedly asking to include both travelers to the E-mail, only one person had been included. Here are 2 travelers who leave in two cities

2) After asking that all correspondence be in E-mail , still getting replies via voice mail

3) The tipping guide in the Travel documents is confusing and needs to be rewritten to match the simplicity of the E-mail sent to me after I asked for guidance

4) Travel documents need improvement -- they still say single bed, when other documentation says 2 beds pushed together that can be pulled apart

5) Service seemed to deteriorate a bit after Declan moved to a different job.

The tour was fair and the guide was not the greatest! She had too many personal issues and not really into the tour. The hotels were Fair as was the places to eat that were selected. There was Very little time on your own and the pace was just a little to fast.
The explanations of the places of interests were brief and not very interesting.
Wouldn't recommend taking this trip to anyone.
The party that booked the tour for us was not very caring or interested in making this trip a success
Some of the cities were of very little interest and didn't offer to much in the way of sites to see!"
