"This will be our second Viking River cruise. The first one we book through Viking and got excellent customer service, thoughtful immediate responses That focused on caring about customers. Booking this through a travel agent known by friends in another state was a very different experience. The website was cool and easy to use we got regular emails when it came to financial request and insurance. However when I spoke to Viking directly about something that Travel Agent would say the opposite. Even through emails it came across as she was lecturing us. For example, She told us Viking would not let her know when tickets were booked and Viking said they always notify the agents."
