I did not enjoy the staff interactions on the ship. We had a few hiccups when it came to that and the level of cleaning on the ship. I always prefer when someone addresses an email first with a "Hi" or "Hello" or "Good day" instead of just my name (it came across as though I was annoying her?!). though that was just a very small suggestion from my side to make a client feel more welcome.."
