Being the first time we used Affordable Tours, we were fortunate to have Richard Doll as our travel consultant. Due to various changes made by the cruise line, the vacation had to be rebooked twice before the final arrangements were set. We had 5 travellers in our group, so rebooking was no small task. Richard made sure that when our original cruise was cancelled by the cruise line, we were rebooked to a better date with no loss of money when we also needed to rebook two airline flights and a pre-tour hotel.
