"I found Vince difficult to work with. I would write emails requesting information and get no response. I would also try to call and nine times out of ten he would be in his office but away from his desk. I would leave a message requesting a response and get no response. He would also promise to call me back on the few times I might catch him at his desk and it might be over a week before I would hear from him. He doesn’t seem to understand that even a response like “like I don’t know but I will find out” or “ I am working on that” works a lot better than ignoring the email or phone message."
