an underwater camera housing for his new camera. Had some questions so used chat. Well trained staff---questions answered. It was delivered as promised and is sitting here waiting to be wrapped for Christmas.

"Read before ordering!! aiko trading company is bad. I paid for expedited shipping. I didn't receive the item on the third day, as promised. I then tried to cancel the order. They said it was canceled. I then was charged anyway and received the product a week late. I then tried to return the item and they never responded. This company sucks big time."

"lamps they are the only place I can find that can supply branded lamps by Panasonic and JVC. We are a university and it is important we have lamps that last. We tried the off brands. Usually, the lasted less than 30 days. The lamps aiko is able to supply us last an average of two years or more. Yes, they are more expensive, but not any more expensive then buying a lamp under $100 and replacing it every two days."
"Housing and strobe arrived for our trip two days before expected. Not bad. They answered my nervous e-mail quickly ( i was worried it would not arrive on time) and calmed me down. This was my first order from with them and it will not be our last. We are a member of a diving club and have pointed our friends in your direction. Prices were about the same as others, but got a free diving light with the our order and inquires were answered promptly."

I ordered an Ikelite SLR housing and strobe set from them. They advise me via their on-line chat on what I needed from my camera. I was really amazed that the person on chat really knew what they were talking about and was not just someone to give you order details. I have never experienced this with other retails.
As I live in Australia I was concerned about shipping time and tax. I was amazed again when I got my order in four days from the West Coast of America and was in the water that day ready to go. Oh, and no import tax for equipment shipped to Australia as long as it is under $2000.00 USD.
This could of turned out to be difficult. They were able to get the items to me quicker than my local store in Austalia shipping internationally. Simply amazing. Will use them again. Fred H."

"Just leaving a review for others. I had a great experience ordering an underwater camera housing from Aiko. When I finally found someone who could obtain the product I was nearly out of time. I need this fast or I would lose the job. It worked out so I wanted to tell others who need a housing fast that it is possible when you deal with a company with good customer service. Robert stayed with me from the beginning. This housing came directly from Japan and I thought that it might not get to me on time, he promised that it would and it did. I thought it would be nearly impossible to get anything from Japan with all the problems there but this worked out very well and gave me a good return. I would use them again when I need another housing or anything else they sell that I can use.
They also sell video projector bulbs and I will keep that in mind.

"Checked this site before ordering. Dilemma. However, could not buy the item anywhere else. Took a chance. Ordered the Olympus housing for my dated camera. It worked out very well. The item came from Japan. That surprised me because of the earthquake. It came right away. The price was right considering I could not find it anywhere else. "I ordered an underwater housing for a video camera plus its handle on Friday last week. After receiving an email with order confirmation but no shipment status or tracking number, I've emailed them twice. Nor response.
I allowed two weeks (free shipment 5-12 days) but I just read the small print: 5 to 12 days from shipment date. No indication when it will be shipped and no response to my emails either. However, they have already charged my credit card for the full amount.
I made a mistake ordering from this company. I may have to contact the bank to dispute the charge."
