"Shopped around online for price on a BBQ, found it lower priced on another site but they're rating did not sit well with me. Simple email to Aim to find who had much better ratings and feedback and they matched the price no problem. After placing the order I was provided with shipping details and tracking number - kept getting updates almost daily until the BBQ arrived 5 days later..NICE! Picked up the BBQ, working like a charm, in perfect condition. They sent me an offer a few days after for some accessories with 10% off (should have given me that at time of purchase..lol) but all and all a great first buying experience with them and would absolutely buy there again.

I was very surprised when I got a follow-up phone call today to see how my BBQ was and if I was happy with the product - wow, customer service does live, who knew?....

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ordered a weber grill online as a gift. Got booted out of the site 3 times before finishing up the deal on Easter Sunday night. After getting the email, found out that the gift was going to ME, not to the address submitted, and then on my side, found out the gift was already given by another family member so I wanted to stop the delivery, upgrading the gift to a LCD 42" tv, sent an email only to be told they were "working" my order, that I couldn't change it... 10 minutes later they sent me an email that FedEx picked up the package..... REALLY? 9pm on Easter Sunday???? After explaining I was told I would have to pay shipping/handling for both delivery and returning and a restock fee of up to 30%. Lesson learned.

I called to get a replacement or a refund and they do not do refunds I have to send it to Electrolux for a repair. This is not good customer service. I paid 140.00 for a repaired vacuum. "2/23/11 I ordered an LG gas cooktop on 2/5 from another site and waited a week and a half to hear what happened to my order. Finally called and found out the cooktop was on back order and they couldn't ship it to me for at least 5-6 weeks. Cancelled the order and started looking for another seller. Found the cooktop at AimToFind.com for just slightly higher price than the previous site. Ordered it on the evening of 2/18 and just received it this afternoon,2/23, by Fed Ex.
