If you have to communicate with them in any way, you will find out quickly that this is an extremely unprofessional group of people who really don't care to treat customers with respect. I was cowardly talked down to by sales reps, both on the phone and over email. It was so ridiculous that I felt like I was part of a hidden camera show. I thought maybe the reps were just part timers who have no investment in the company, but then even the president of the company showed where the attitude comes from. Luckily, the order was cancelled and I actually found a much better deal."

"Ordered a dishwasher from them. The invoice said it would arrive by FedEx, but they actually used a courier service I am unfamiliar with. When it arrived the box looked ok, so girlfriend signed for it, but it had internal damage and the door won't close well. AimToFind refuses to assist me in dealing with the courier, and is hiding behind the "you didn't report damage at time of delivery" facade."

"Wow, this place was super. Best price on the internet for a Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker. I ordered on Wednesday and had it on Friday. Their free shipping was Fedex Ground. Exactly as ordered and they threw in a bonus gift because I had mentioned an accessory was $3.50 cheaper locally. I can't say enough good things about this seller. The other negative reviews here are totally inconsistent with my experience. Other review sites have more coverage and reviews are almost all like mine."

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE UNSCRUPULOUS LOW-LIFES. We ordered the top-of-the-line Electrolux washer/dryer from AimToFind/ dba RAC ENT because the prices seemed great and they had received many favorable reviews. We received our packages around 5 days later. Unfortunately, the $1600 Electrolux dryer was badly damaged. The box looked fine, but when we opened the box to install it the next morning we discovered significant damage to the top and sides. We immediately contacted the seller and even sent pictures of the dryer still sitting in the unopened (except for the top) box. Mind you, the dryer HAS NEVER LEFT THE BOX; the damage was apparent simply from opening the top. Given the condition of the box (good) and some previous reviews, I believe that the dryer was a "scratch and dent-" that is it was damaged before it was ever shipped. The seller refused to file a claim with the shipper as they claimed that we had signed a receipt for the items in good condition. They refused to do ANYTHING to help replace the dryer (it was not repairable). They continued to give us the run-around for weeks and left us holding a large $1600 cardboard box containing another worthless metal box. DO BUSINESS WITH THESE UNSCRUPULOUS SCUMBAGS AT YOUR OWN RISK- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED."

"I bought a high end dishwasher from aimtofind.com When installers tried to install it in less than two weeks they discovered a damage. The seller however flatly refused to do anything about this, saying they are not responsible for cosmetic damages and only will replace it if it has a functional damage. Can you imagine installing a dishwasher with a dent?
Stay away from this merchant unless you like playing Russian roulette!"
