Airport rentals providing car rental service is a fraudulent, dishonourable company and if you choose to use this scam of a service provider you might be in litigation and a nightmare to recover funds.
I booked a car rental in Dec/16. Right after I made the booking they sent a message sorry unable to find the car asked for your booking is cancelled. A month later I get a charge on my Visa credit card for $600US dollars for a no show. I have been fighting with them through my bank for 4 months now with no resolution, they refuse to refund th e money even though this is clearly a case of their system making an online error of 2 bookings when I only wanted one.
You will regret dealing with this dishonest company. Do not use AirportRentals.com for car hire"

"AirportRentals.com refused to refund a $30 Credit Card "deposit" for a reservation 20 days out when I called to cancel the reservation within 24 hours. Absolutely nothing in the online rental process indicated that my credit card deposit was un-refundable. Refusing a deposit refund for a car rental weeks away would be an unethical practice even if customers were forewarned.
AirportRentals.com is a scam. I will dispute the charge through my credit card company."

"Terrible company!!! They made me purchase colllision insurance for $77 upon making my reservation. Once I got to my destination to pick up my car, Dollar wanted to charge me an extra $9.99 per day for an extra driver. So, I didn't rent the car. Even though I never rented the car, airportrentalcars.com wouldn't refund the insurance. So, I had to pay for insurance that I couldn't use."
"AirportRentalCars.com listed E-Z rent-a-car at Toronto airport (YYZ) "having shuttle service to counter and car", but NOT True!! You only knew this after you arrived and called E-Z rent-a-car service number. They would ask you to take a train and get off somewhere than call them again!!! Luckily I didn't try further and canceled the appointment on the phone. I saw another terrible review about this car rental company after I came back from the trip. AirportRentalCars.com should check and should not have such misleading information.
