"Most items I was interested in were either out of stock or just not available. I was a bit disappointed, I've been looking for airsoft gloves and so far haven't had much luck finding any I like, I found several I really wanted to try out here on airsoftgi but literally all are out of stock or unavailable, which I thought was kind of strange since I filtered my search to only show items in-stock and they popped up, but when I went to add to cart I couldn't because of nonavailability. Not the first or only problem I've experienced with the website. Another separate problem I had was on a different order: I had wanted to order just a single patch by itself but upon going to checkout the cheapest shipping option was about $12, hmm. I didn't continuing further in the checkout process since it's a bit confusing to be honest. For the special mystery patch I ordered recently it was only $3.99 shipping (for one patch). Another problem regarding shipping is the updates: I ordered something that shipped on Sept 29th and didn't get another update until Oct 4th, not a big deal I guess I just would have preferred more frequent updates on it's travel and current location etc. I was however quite satisfied with the coupon codes provided on the website, I think my total savings for this order was around $15.
The only other problems I have is the daily ammo slot machine: now I can't really complain since I got a $50 gift card from it that I used to purchase this order, but, the slot itself was inaccurate. What lined up was three of the bullet/ammo icons in a row = $100 gift card to the site. But it automatically sent a $50 one instead. (I believe I won it on Sept 7th) Anyways at first I didn't notice the mistake until a friend pointed it out to me. I contacted them via email (I replied to the email they sent about winning the slot and in the email it said to reply to it with any questions or concerns etc, I made sure it wasn't a no-reply email) I messaged them on instagram as well. Never got a response to either. A couple days later they sent a physical gift card to the default address on my account. Again I'm not complaining, I just think it's a bit poor on customer service. I'm not angry at all or anything, just had a few questions and noticed the algorithm might have an issue or a problem and thought they should know in case of future issues. I just would have liked to at least get a reply about it. Overall not the worst experience I suppose."

"About 10 years ago Airsoftgi was the go to store for all things airsoft. It was rare that one could find a better deal and when it did happen it would come from overseas retailers along with significant shipping charges and waittimes. Airsoftgi continues to be trustworthy enough to earn some of my business, but ultimately is not competitive enough with their prices and specials to earn the majority. There are faster and cheaper options for the same or higher quality products for most categories, available online."
