"Ordered online from Canada - whole order was completed as Canadian but prices were not converted until after it was charged to my Visa - not that big a deal. When the package arrives, surprise, an additional $100 for customs - c.o.d. you have to pay or you can't receive your order. When you try to call the company to see why this wasn't calculated in the shipping when they advertise all in costs, they tell you you have to place the order by phone to get that information. If you place your order through their website, this is secret. And because it is an international order, they will not refund, so you're stuck paying the additional fees or your Visa is billed for the order and you get nothing. If I could give a zero star rating, I would. Terrible service."
