"I recently purchased a KWA MP9 from Airsoftgi, which I also financed through their partner AFFIRM.
The package arrived very quickly and was very well packaged, After opening the package and giving it a quick once over, I was satisfied with the condition. (however I had not yet put any rounds through it)
2 weeks later when I finally had a free day to play, I was very excited to use this new addition to my arsenal.
However after 1/2 of the first clip, it started to mis-feed and fail to shoot. The Second time I used the charging handle it broke off in my hand. So now I have a GBB that will not feed correctly, and is broken,
I contacted Airsoftgi for a return authorization, They said that I had to go through KWA since it was a manufacturer defect. I stated that I had not purchased from KWA and that I feel that their 45 day warranty should cover the replacement.
All I get is the run around from both Airsoftgi and KWA. I will never purchase another item from Airsoftgi, or anything KWA again.

BTW, I am a 47yr old with many years of airsoft under my belt, this is not the Rant of some upset teenager,,,Heed my words well..
