"My experience was great but the processing of the package could be faster. I order from you gi and evike mainly but as of right now evike is my number one choice because of shipping times. Gi took 3 days to process a 6 item $150 purchase while I order a 6 item $132 purchase from evike 3 days later and they processed and shipped it in 12 hours and it arrived the same time as my gi package that was ordered 3 days earlier. I have no problem with gi just hope that see this and change it."

"I orderd Items with plenty of time to spare for them to arrive by Christmas. After all I'm one state over and ordered with 19 days left till Christmas. After 3 days and not hearing a thing, I called to get a status report. After about 45 minutes of waiting on hold I finally get thru. I was told items were in stock and shipping in 1-5 days. So I waited 7 days, still no email or update that items had been shipped. I call again on day 8 (Monday), again had to make several calls and wait about 30 minutes to finally get thru. I was Told that items where not in stock, and were on their way to their warehouse and would ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday of that week. They promised they would ship, I asked several times if they would ship. they again reassured me they would ship. I'm thinking cool, items should be here by Christmas as long as they ship like they say/promised. Here it is the day after it was supposed to ship (Thursday) with 7 days left till Christmas. I call again, takes about an hour to get through. Customer service is rude and starts with the excuses, no solutions just talk. I ask for manager, turns out I've been talking to the manager this whole time. Which was worthless because the manager obviously isn't a problem solver and should probably be a janitor or get a job cooking burgers. I ask for a refund (paypal) he says it will go through immediately. 4 hours later and I see nothing. not going to hold my breath, just finished claim with paypal.
I also contacted another outfit, told them of my issue with airsoft gi. I purchased the items from them and have a tracking number in my email box in less time than I have to wait to get thru with Airsoft Gi on the phone.
TLDR
They lied to me several times, use excuses like Cristmas and covid to not do their jobs, and will hold up giving you a refund. TOTALLY UNPROFESIONAL. the more reviews I read the more clear it becomes, I'm not the only one they've Jerked around. Airsoft gi or at least their internet/mail order operation is a scam designed to sell you items not in stock (don't believe their website or them, when it/they say items are in stock) The game is to hold your money as long as they can till you either give up or wait months for a refund. Airsoft Gi just lost a couple or good money spending customers today. I will be telling all my friends and the other fathers at the airsoft fields and whoever else I can how horrible this company performs and poorly treats customers. UNACCEPTABLE Airsoft gi get you act together.
