"Placed an order on Sun, Dec 23. Received an email with shipping information the very next day. Received yet another email on the 27th, which again indicated the order was processing. Waited until Jan 5, still hadn't received the item. Emailed them and they quickly responded. They said that the item was out of stock and a refund had been issued; they said an email was sent on Dec 27 telling me this. I had received a total of four emails from them, so obviously their emails were coming through, but never an email telling me the order was cancelled. Plus, checked the bank and the refund was issued on Jan 2 (not Dec 27 like they stated). My son was eager to receive the item and had been anxiously waiting--a little sooner notification would've been nice."

"great experince, and im 41 years old , i looked at about 30 diffrent sites, and had been looking for weeks and chose airsoft rc, they had a great selection, cheap prices, and an easy to use web site,,but with shipping they were with in just 1-2 dollars less than the othersper gun. i looked for days for a free shipping coupon code,none to be found, minor computer glitch, on the order, but they fixed it 8 am on monday morning shiping was ok, 1 week but im accross the country, and it was fairly well packed,lots of bubbles and even the bb container was extra taped, as it the type you can pull the lid off fairly easy, so i didnt have a box full of bbs to clean up and no gimiks it was al the exact stuff i ordered no switches,

"If you order anything from these people you better hope & pray that they get the order right. If they don’t, they will argue and give you a really hard time and expect you to pay to send back their mistake.

The second thing is that their shipping & handling is really exorbitant. They charge more than $15 to ship one small RC car. The next time I will search more and find a better source.

I ordered an RC car for my granddaughter for Christmas and they sent one that was entirely different in function & color from the one my granddaughter wanted. The order had their correct SKU # on it so I thought because of their good rating they would send the correct one in time for Christmas. Instead, they gave me a really hard time and would not make the proper correction to their error which should have been to send the one I ordered and pay for the return of their mistake.

They finally did send me a prepaid return label but when I asked how much of the shipping they were going to refund they never replied to me! I had no choice but to assume that I wouldn't get much of the shipping back and, since the shipping was more than half of the price of the car, I decided to keep it to give to someone else.

I had to spend a lot of time looking for the proper car for my granddaughter and I never did find what she wanted because of the short time left after arguing with AirsoftRC.

"I ordered a neat R/C car for a kid's Christmas present. The car they sent looks great but arrived with a bad battery. I emailed and they never replied. I called but couldn't get anyone on the phone. I ended up disputing the charges in Paypal and I just get some mystery person with that sends me messages in the Paypal resolution center with a poor attitude. Instead of sending me a battery they're just like "I don't see where you contacted us before" and then they leave me hanging for days. At this point in time, the item that I paid for is unusable.
