"Ordered gun in October, given as Christmas gift. E-mailed one week after Christmas saying that the gun never worked, MANY problems, missing parts, etc. No reply, called a few times in January, kept getting the run-around, saying too late, etc. After threatening to go thru the credit card company they "allowed" me to return the gun. Cost $20 to send the gun back. Called last week, they said the gun didn't have paperwork with it - after all this - it did! They said they had sent the gun back, but would make an exception and send my son a replacement - nothing yet - no original gun - no replacement. Left another message today. They just give you the run-around until you lose interest. Too bad for an expensive $100 gun. Their customer service is horrible. Only order if you're willing to risk it. There are really NO returns."
