"Very very poor customer service. Website is not updated with the most relevant information.
Purchased an item that is suppose to come with a few other accessories.
But when I received the package, about half of the listed accessories are not delivered.
When I email customer service, very irresponsible response.
They told me they are not aware of what the manufacturer is packing in the box, basically blaming the manufacturer.
And also, they resolve the issue by asking me to mail back the product to get a refund.
What they don't realize is, people spend time looking into the product to find something that will suit them. And their response to a complaint is to ask the buyer to spend MORE time sending the package back.
Instead of fulfilling what the website has promised the customers by sending in the missing accessories.
Also, the website is airsoftrc, but when I received the package, it's not sent by airsoftrc nor the original manufacturer.
I suspect this package might be previously owned.
The product itself is great, but the website needs to improve their customer service by not asking customers to spend more time fixing the mistakes the website makes."
