"I just got my new airsoft sniper rifle. The rifle was a little difficult to put together but i got it done in about 10 mins or less. The gun overall is better than i expected! The range is amazing, the scope is better than what i had thought and the power is painful. Only downside is that the clip looks like its about to fall out but so far it looks like it wont, the butt might break on me because it seems really wiggly once set in but i will have to wait and find out. OVERALL a really great buy for what i paid for."

"I ordered from this site because it seemed to have great reviews. I was seriously disappointed when the gun I ordered for my nephew came with a broken scope. It was very difficult getting a hold of customer sevice by phone, one of the numbers listed was disconnected and the other had a strange voicemail. Eventually I got a hold of them and was told they would send the replacement scope right away, only to get emails about invoice and other information. Finally they sent me an email stating I was "approved to make a return". Well I had already tossed the broken scope since I was told they'd send a new one right away as I was giving it as a gift. So now I'm just out a scope and the scope was the main reason he wanted the gun. Their cusomer service is garbage. The person on the phone was polite but apparently gave me the wrong information & the emails proved useless. I've never experienced such awful customer service & feel like I've wasted a whole lot of time & money. I will never order from airsoftrc again. Their shipping was spendy but slow and not packaged well, which is why the scope broke in the first place I imagine. Terrible and unprofessional customer service, the worst I've experienced. Do not order from here!!"
