I would say that around 3-4 out of 100 hair sets that I get are damaged (not sure if by shipping company or indoors) so this could explain some of the reviews. Anyway, I just ship these backs and get replacements for free, never had an issue."
"I need to thank airyhair as they always allow me to customize my hair, for blonde color hair with dark brown beads. At other place i can only choose what they have and offer but ah just gives me more options, 4* because custom orders take 6 days to finish, that I think is too much. Quality is great, never had issues.

"I placed an order weeks ago and am still waiting for said items. I ordered 12 inch clip in extensions...still nothing! Customer service is extremely rude! They gave me a fake tracking number and they also blame me because my item has yet to arrive. I wish I got express shipping as it only takes 2 biz days to deliver instead of free, which is at around 10 days. Can't complain when it is free but still.

"I ordered once last year and had a pretty good experience.
In February, I ordered through a special order and waited about 6 weeks until my order shipped. Well, it came and it was the wrong length! Now they are telling me I can ship it back and they will refund me BUT I can never order from them again. Horrible customer service; THEY made a mistake (I proved with pictures and receipt), didn't even apologize and now I am banned from their site. I wouldn't want to do business with people like that. What a shame!
Back story after they responded to me that I made the wrong order:
My first inquiry was regarding the price of 18 inch balayage extensions!! Additionally, I asked about the price of the 16 inch, but I never in my emails stated that I want the 16 inch extensions (I was asking to know the difference!). I was quoted $44 for the 18 inch extensions with the weight, which is what I paid for.
I wish I could post receipts here because I was VERY clear in my note with the colors, type of extensions, weight AND length. I even put that June quoted me that price, how did I not communicate? What else is a paying customer supposed to do? If the team is unsure, they are the ones that should reach back out to the customer!
Beware all, IF there's a mistake in your order, AIRYHAIR will block you because they can't even own up to their mistake and apologize.
Let's see if I even get my money back!

"Longtime customer here, been buying in big quantities for 4 of my salons for probably over 8 years now (yes, that long), and here's a thing, their hair is great, tested and proven multiple times. I see a lot of customer support reviews and as long as you are not using curse words or abusing their support, they will be very kind to you. My now fired coworker did this mistake and sent them multiple emails with threats (because 1 package was missing). They offered a full refund or rush delivery for free, which is a sign of good support. She kept telling about multiple bad reviews if they don't speed it up asap. At that point, I had to work really hard to gain their trust again.
So basically, as long as you are reasonable and allow them to work in your favor, fix all, etc. they are great. As soon as you start the "blackmail thing", which seems to be a growing trend these days, they will no longer accept your orders.
So -1 start for that, but it is their decision, and 5 stars "
"Unfortunately I never had the chance to experience the hair I had read such great reviews about. Not only was my order extremely delayed, due to them being closed for Chinese New Year (which I understand) but instead of updating me on my order I had to continuously ask what was going on. I purchased almost 1k in hair and a website package that took them weeks to refund. I opened a dispute for only the amount of the website due to contacting airy and still not having any action taken in a refund for over a week. They then told me it was easier to do a store credit which I was fine with/ I then put in the dispute comments to my bank that I was issued a store credit for what I was owed. Did airy hair contact me? No. I continued to wait for my orders for my clients and figured I would log in to check the status and all of them were cancelled! With no notice or solution to even ask what happened. I am so disappointed by the lack of respect I was treated with after. Very unprofessional and passive aggressive. Up until this I had had great customer service then bam. Now they have said I am an “at risk” buyer and will not let me purchase any item? Stay away from people who do business like this."
"I have accidentally bought the wrong color hair, which put a lot of stress on me since the tape in extensions were supposed to be installed before my sister's wedding. The person named June was really understanding and sent me a correct color via express for free, which arrived on time! Old hair was returned, I have covered shipping, which was fine.

"This is a review for wig that ah claims uses same hair as extensions. I have got myself a set of 160% density full lace wig with a color of #1B, 22 inches. Compared to other stores, I would say it is around 30% cheaper depending on spec but the quality of sewing and hair softness has been above and beyond what I have expected. Three months of usage and it is still holding great, no complains, ordered on Wednesday evening and got item on Monday. Super happy with the experience."
"I just got myself a new set since the old one has seen better days and wanted to leave an actual review, not after 4 days of usage but after 7 months and 12 days. The extensions are still holding and I could not be happier, usually the hair salon bought hair would last me around 4 to 6 months so it stacks up really well against “premium brands”, if I wanted, I could still stretch these for another month. No tangling or matting, maybe I just care about my hair too much, I don’;t know. Sticking with airy.

"I have ordered my hair on Dec 18th using free shipping and got it on Dec 26th, I know I should have used express if I wanted hair faster but I really expected to get the package before Christmas. Other than that, the hair is fantastic, even with freezing temperatures out there it is holding great, no split ends, no tangling does not turn into a mess after washing. So my advice is to get express if you want hair fast or if you can wait, just go with free, can't beat quality for this price."
