They sent me 25 boxes of Wolf Poly .223 (magnetic, steel casings), which is basically useless in my area because no ranges accept magnetic rounds. Sent them an email with pictures (their shipping label on a case clearly marked Wolf Poly). They didnt respond so I called them and they said theyd take care of it. I sent Alamo 1) a personal e-mail, 2) an email they provided online, and 3) called and spoke to a lady about the address change. FedEx was preturbed that they found the gate locked and no one to receive shipment. AlamoAmmo didn't bother to change my address and just shipped. Service is negilgent. "
