We were told if done in 15 days we would get full refund except for shipping. We have been trying to get our money back but they will not send it. The main board purchased from Alan Computech Int'l differed from their item features. It was obviously a refurbished main board. I contacted Alan Computech Int'l's customer service to return the whole package and get a full refund. The customer service representative who helped me was a real PRO. He helped me a lot with a kind email.

Unlike other greedy garbage-like sellers, they sincerely admitted their fault and promised immediately to make a full refund and reimburse the return postage! I have got no such reimbursement for a return of online purchases.

Above all, their price has no hidden string or fine print! I'm 100% satisfied with their merchandise and services! I'll continue to shop with Alan Computech Int'l.

"I will not recommend this company for any reason whatsoever.
They shipped the wrong item. It happens.
They charged me for the replacement.
So at this time I've been charged twice for an item I haven't recieved.
After I finally get the correct board, a week after they receive the original, I still have yet to be credited by this company.
I have paid for an item to be shipped and returned TWICE due to their error.
I will be purchasing through a credit card and not a debit card, as the debit card does not have enough protection against FRAUD or THEFT.
The last discussion I had with them, a guy named Allen was less than helpful or respectful. I run a business. I know how to treat customers.
