"Do NOT purchase from here unless you are 100000% sure on the item and KNOW that you will like it. Per their return policy, you can NOT return ANYTHING for ANY REASON unless you not have the original packaging AND it has NEVER been used. I have never seen such an awful return policy. Baby items are hit or miss and you never really know if you're going to like the item or not, so shopping here is a strict gamble - definitely not worth it. The car seat I attempted to return was over $500 and only used for a week."

"Ordered a car seat and cover. The car seat Cover was sent, but the car seat was delayed (expected shipment within 3 weeks). Car seat never shipped but I was charged for it. After waiting 7 weeks, needed to return the “car seat cover” since car seat has not been sent, even though paid for. They said I have to pay $10 return shipping on a light $25 cover! Not only did I pay for a car seat that was never sent-Now they want me to pay return shipping and handling for an item ordered as an accessory to a car seat they never sent. Oh and they “canceled” the car seat order but no refund yet! "

"I placed an order for a bugaboo stroller from Albee Baby and received a super scratched and dented stroller, I contacted their customer service team and it has been a horrible experience. They respond to me every 2 days and instead of being apologetic about the situation and trying to make things right they are offering me a really low discount for me to keep the scratched stroller. Overall horrible horrible customer service, not feeling valued as a customer and I definitely don't feel they are trying to make things right. Super rude supervisor as well."

"Terrible experience with them. Sent us a stroller that was 3 years old (manufactured in 2015). Don't buy from this store. Hate to say it but New York Companies are downright Shady. Goodluck trying to deal with customer service, they hang up on you and never answer emails. They have the art of avoidance mastered. Take my advice, whatever you are saving its not worth it. "
"Albee had the best price for the Baby Jogger stroller we wanted so we jumped on it....with some hesitation... since we never heard of Albee before. Website was easy to navigate, check out experience was good, and email notifications were equally satisfactory.
Item received as expected, new in box, mint condition, probably shipped right from the manufacturer. Couldn't be happier, will recommend Albee to others!"
"We bought a Mamas & Papas Ocarro Stroller from Albee Baby and that was our first purchase made on their website. There are multiple rustic spots were found after the stroller has been received. One of the rusts is on the rear wheel axle which may break and results in suddenly crash when using and hurt the baby. Tried to contact the Albee Baby, BUT no response."
"I came across Albeebaby when I was looking for a Maclaren stroller and noticed they had last year's version for $80 less than a new one, plus I found a 20% coupon, making it even cheaper. I had never heard of the website so I was a bit skeptical, but saw some good reviews and went for it. Turns out it's legit! And they ship super fast, I also ordered a Babyjogger City Select (again for a discount, last years model) and both times, my strollers were shipped within 1-2 days and arrived within about 3 days. The strollers are unused, look amazing, work amazing. The only downside is if you return them, you have to pay the shipping cost, so do your research on whatever product you are purchasing to minimize your chances of returning it. "

"I wanted to do a have UPS pick up since I wasn’t going to be home and didn’t want my stroller left on my porch for everyone to see. I don’t live in a bad neighborhood but i do live around a high school and middle school. I wanted to do a return to sender since Albee wouldn’t allow the pick up but they told me it was going to cost me $20-30 to have a package return that hasn’t been delivered. I will take my business elsewhere and order from buybuy baby or Amazon where there not so picky with charging the customer more if there not going to be home or are okay with having expensive packages left at your front door.
