"I ordered a couple of baby products from Albee Baby but decided to return them after receiving them. I called and did not get the shipping label as promised, so I called again and then finally got the shipping label. After I shipped the products back, I did not see a refund show up on my credit card. I contacted them and they told me that it was issued and that it should show up on my next credit card statement. I contacted them 2 more times and was told that the refund was issued. I called my credit card company and was told that no refund had ever been issued. Finally I complained again, and they told me that a refund for a different (incorrect) amount was issued to a different credit card than what I have. I think they made up the amount and the card used because it does not match my transaction. It's already been half a year that I have been dealing with this, but it still has not been resolved and my message to talk to a supervisor has not been returned."
"I ordered a playard and changer table from Albee Baby and only received the changer. When I called Albee, they told me it was not their problem, to call UPS. I told the customer service agent that I had the tracking information from UPS in front of me and it clearly showed that the label had been created but the package was never shipped out. She told me she would "investigate" and call me back. A few days later I received a call from her that "ten other playards have also gone missing, we have no idea what happened", and she asked if I could wait while they figured it out. I was not close to my due date yet, so I told them I could wait. It has been two weeks since then and after calling for the status, she again told me she does not have an answer. "
"I ordered an item over 2 weeks ago. My original email said it would ship within 48 hours as it was a small in stock item. I called "customer service" to see why the item hasn't shipped. The lady looked up my order number and told me it hasn't shipped yet. I told her that is why I was calling. She said "yeah, I'm sorry there is nothing I can do for you." I asked if she could give me an estimate and she said "sorry, no. I don't know when it will ship." She provided no explanation or resolution. Her tone was unempathetic. Anyhow, order elsewhere unless you don't mind not knowing when or if you will ever receive your items."

"Be aware of this seller online! The customer service is a joke. They don't care about customers at all! I bought a baby travel system from them. Days later, found same product on sale on Amazon for almost $90 less. Contacted customer service ask for possible price match or return policy. Customer service didn't care about my questions, only told me if I don't want the product I can pay the shipping fee myself, then ship the product pack. The product has to be totally unused, and in original package. And it may can be returned as full price.
Then I read so many bad shopping experience from Albee Baby because of the return policy. This is baby product, it's hard to buy everything perfectly fit. Unless you know you want something 100%, and you don't care about price, BE AWARE of buying from Albee Baby."
" I was concerned when I ordered because of the negative reviews. My experience, however, was extremely positive. We ordered an uppababy stroller and a mesa carseat. We received the stroller two days after ordering it and the carseat a few days later (because Mesa only released the 2017 carseat at the end of May).
Maybe they changed management/practices, but all in all we had a very positive experience."
"I ordered a car seat from Albee Baby and they sent me a seat that had been manufactured 2 years prior. Car Seats have expiration dates so I now get 2 years less use from the seat. I tried to contact their customer support and got no reply. I have learned my lesson, no more shopping on Albee Baby!"

The carry cot did not come with the handle as it was shown on the website or on in the instruction manual.
I called the customer service explaining to them. He bluntly told me I am supposed to manage the handle between the carry cot and stroller.
No one spends this much on on baby products and is made to "manage"
Very rude and does not care an ounce of customer satisfaction!
I will never purchase from them again and I do not recommend this company"
"Had a duplicate order in my baby registry and had to return a item. It has taken over 2 1/2 months to get anywhere with them, and still after the supervisor was involved he never sent a return shipping label. I will never recommend Albee baby, matter of fact I will go way out of my way to urge people never to use them! You guys have no considearation nor any professional manners. "

"I have been ordering from Albee Baby for six years and have experienced great customer service, as well as excellent pricing, product information and selection. Most recently they shipped a baby car seat in record time for my new grand baby who arrived early.
When I had a question about the weight limits on a car seat I had purchased four years ago, they looked up the one I had bought and provided me with information that indicated it would be good for a few years. They didn't try to up sell me anything.
I was surprised by the bad reviews, since my experiences have been consistently top notch."
"I ordered a Diono car seat from Albeebaby.com, after I got the seat and tried it in my SUV I realized that it was too big for my vehicle (when used rear facing). My husband accidentally cut up the cardboard box it came in and put it in the recyclable bin. We were told that we could not return the item under any circumstances. I even explained the situation and told them I would purchase a replacement carseat from them (but one that was a little smaller), I also told them I would pay for the return shipping (which they require no matter what). They said no that I could not return the product. I will not buy anything from this store again and I will tell my friends and family not to purchase anything from them either. What a disappointment."

"I am very pleased with Albee Baby! I purchased the Chicco Bravo Trio System for our son, who is due in November, on September 26th. The following day, I received confirmation from Albee Baby that my order had shipped and was due to arrive September 29th. I received the travel system today and it went above my expectations. We love it! Albee Baby was very quick, from processing the order to shipping. I also got it at an amazing price thanks to Albee Baby's September promotion code! I would happily buy from this company again. "
