One pair arrived in 3 weeks, the other pair arrived in 3wks/4days. Don't get nervous if ordering multiple items as you will probably receive them in separate packages...I guess that's just the way they do things. So, if you are patient and don't mind the long wait during shipping, this is a great place to order from---especially if the item is unique and you can't find it elsewhere! "

I emailed them & they sent another order ASAP. Today I received BOTH PKGS, the original & the new one. (Customs must have checked them further & released both). I emailed them & told them I received BOTH & asked if they wanted me to return one pkg & they said keep it for free. They answered both emails immediately. Very please with their excellent service."

—Sends a wrong item. (they even force you to accept the wrong item just for you to save time.)
—And on top of it, they sent me a previously used item and claiming that the product is good and functions properly. (which clearly not the point here, it is a used item)

"I purchased an item on the site and received my order confirmation. They then reached out to me and told me I needed to pay an extra $10 as the price had increased. I told them I wanted the item for the price that was agreed upon when I purchased it. They cancelled my order and refunded my money. Then sent me a 5% off coupon that would save me $1.50.
Overall terrible customer service, if a product purchased for a specific price, you can't just update it after you already paid for it.."
