"Horrible experience! I brought a parallel bars from them almost 4 months ago and I still don't have it. There are fast to charge you but when there is a problem they say "Well I'm sorry its delayed because of the delivery company" and that's it, they don't help you AT ALL.
They work with Pilot Drivers, the delivery company, and this company its a joke... they missed a part of the oden and when they finally found out where it was they derived the product to me. When we opened it was parts missing so we couldn't put it together still missing those parts."
"I ordered a brace from them, at the checkout stage I entered my address and it stated free shipping, a day later I get a message saying it's not free shipping, it costs instead $96 !! for an item that weighs 1 KG.
Even after I agreed to pay it nobody is responding for more than a month. Now I need to open a claim with Visa for my money back

"I purchased an item that cost over $200 with shipping. When I received it I opened the package & tried it on over clothes. The item did not fit. I repackaged it in the original packaging with all instructions and returned it as instructed. I received an email that they could not issue a refund because I returned it opened. How is a person supposed to look at something or try it on without opening the package? Don't buy from this company. If you return the item after you have opened the product package you will not get a refund! They don't even offer an in-store credit! What a racket/scam! "
"I ordered a roll of felt to be cut and used as a custom orthotic. The order was incorrectly sent to my billing, rather than shipping address. When I called Customer Service, I was told I'd have to prove that I'd requested a different Shipping Address. By email, I sent a photo-clip to Kylie Resendes of the order indicating the different Billing and Shipping addresses. Four phone calls later, no one answers the phone, and no one returns my phone calls. This is unacceptable. I paid in full, yet can get no assistance in fulfilling this order.."
"The previous poster was correct about the high shipping prices. They use standard post office shipping boxes and the rate they charge is probably double that charged by the post office."
"I ordered an Inflatable Lumbar Support seat cushion from AliMed online. I immediately received an email confirmation of my order, and notice of priority mail shipment the following day. The product arrived a couple days later. I'm quite pleased with the quality of the product, which sold at the reasonable price of $15. However, the shipping cost — $9.95 — seemed excessive, given that this product (even with its packaging) weighs less than one pound.
After several months of use, my inflatable seat cushion began to deflate whenever I leaned against it — even though I had inserted the valve plug as tightly as possible. Since AliMed warranties this product for one year, I called them for a warranty replacement. They shipped me a new cushion promptly, free of charge once I returned the defective cushion to them."
