This is my first time writing a review. If you’re planning to purchase a product from this company or from Alibaba you might want to read my honest comments and experienced below.

I’m based in United State of America (USA), so if you’re from the USA and skeptical in purchasing an item from this store or through Alibaba, YOU SHOLD BE.

I purchased this 3 wheel scooter to use it in playing golf. As you can see on the information and the picture they provided on Alibaba, this scooter is built like a golf cart. It’s a great idea if it works, but it doesn’t.

I received the scooter as they promised, with 30 days. This was on May 27, 2024. The shipping box was in good shape. However, upon unboxing the scooter, I noticed right away the rear fender was shattered. Also, when I tried to spin the back wheels, it was making a wired noise, and when I ride it, it was sluggish. Also, it was barely running on grass. I reported this right away to the seller through WhatsApp (seller preferred communication app), which they responded to me the right away. They determined the disc brake was crooked and needs to be realigned. In regards to the broken fender, they will send me a replacement parts coming from China.

So, after I realigned the disc brake, the noise was gone and the wheels was running freely. However, the scooter was still barely running on grass or fairway, even on a very flat terrain, on a top speed and in full throttle. After working with them for a few days, they recommended to replace the controller, again these parts will be coming from China.

Since they are in China, I have to do this myself. They don’t have technicians or mechanics in USA or any other place besides their warehouse in China. They will send you videos how to do this. However, if you are not comfortable in doing technical and mechanical things, you are out of luck.

So, after a few weeks, I received the parts, so I replaced the controller and the fender. However, the scooter did not improve, it’s still run really slow on the fairway or grass, even on a top speed mode and full throttle. So, the controller was not the issue. They still assured me they can fix the issue. After working with them for more than two months, they suggested to replace the motor, but no guaranteed it will fix the issue. So, their engineer finally made a conclusion that the scooter is not built to run on grass. At this time, it’s passed the 30 days warrantee period from Alibaba. I file a dispute from Alibaba but no help at all.
