"Through website was able to contact several suppliers to source the equipment. Messaging service was good for seeing all responses in one place.
Once details of order were agreed with a supplier it was good to be able to utilise the trade assurance service to place the order. There is an added cost for this but it gives peace of mind when making international payments.
Overall I had no issues with the service with the supplier used, but some suppliers I talked to seemed unable to process through the trade assurance process."
