I also listened to the podcasts showcased on the Alibaba Academy and with the videos and podcasts I gained much more knowledge than just diving head first into just starting a purchase request. I made my first three supplier purchases on Alibaba congruently, so working with those supplers at the same time made the whole experience easier for me. You must always be communicative, clear and concise in your product search and requirements. A good supplier representative will be responsive and professional. Also, don't be afraid to reach out with a call, that can go a long way. It's important to do your homework and be professional. I had an overall positive and great experience using the platform and would definitely use it again. "

Antonio, Texas… they lied because they missed the production deadline and asked me to accept altered orders and I refused unless they refunded shipping. So they lied and attached my name to another customers order and my shipment is still in China and has not left their warehouse… I will be asking for a full refund even if they ship it out after this disastrous experience."
