"So far my experience with Alibaba has been a mixed bag, but not terrible. Unfortunately, some of their sellers don't make quality control and shipping arrival date a priority. This is understandable given the scale of operations and shipments carried out overseas. The negative experiences I have had with the sellers don't take away from Alibaba's willingness to make things right. It is a process, but Alibaba does make sure the customer/reseller is satisfied with their purchase. That is the reason I give them a 5 star, it is because no one can control all the resellers in the site, but the company itself does stand by what is right and does have a process to correct should the seller not carry out their end of the deal.
