"This should be a very bad review. The experience with Aramex freight has been horrible. Not only was it late but then they advised Alibaba it was delivered (which at the time it was not) and Alibaba declared the order completed without checking I had received the product. The performace of Aramex has proven to be so poor with the last two deliveries I will be avoiding using them from now on. That Alibaba listened only to the freight company without checking it had actually been received needs to be looked at. The only reason this review is not bad is the outstanding product that arrived, finally. The jackets I ordered exceeded my expectations by as much as the freight company failed my expectations."
