"Supplier had to give me a refund and Alibaba was horrible to deal with. Could never contact a real person. And through the fault of the bank the order got screwed up. Alibaba skimmed over $100US on the refund. Not happy "

"Both pair of lights were damaged in shipment, on both ends, plastic pieces, broken on the ends of the lights. Packaged very poorly, cardboard boxes were thin and cheap, holes in boxes, torn corners on cardboard. Accesories were just tossed in the boxes unsecured so they just bounced and banged around inside the boxes, had scratches on lights from loose hardware in each box. We have not fully tested the lights yet. Also product was shipped with no address and packages (boxes) just my company name and city, state and zip. Fedex called me for my address due to this issue."
