"Wir hatten Probleme bei 2 Bestellungen. Gläser kamen komplett kaputt an. Trade Assurance eingeschaltet, der Verkäufer hat uns was zugesichert und es nachher nicht eingehalten. Verkäuferin hat uns immer hingehalten, dass sie es überprüft und uns das erstattet. Nach 30 Tagen, nachdem man keine Bewertung mehr abgeben konnte (das ist ein sehr kurzer Zeitpunkt und ich verstehe nicht warum man keine Bewertung danach abgeben kann?), hat uns die Verkäuferin nicht mehr geschrieben und sich nicht mehr gemeldet. Wir haben Trade Assurance eingeschaltet und die sagten uns, dass sie nicht helfen können. Beim 2. Mal haben wir Trade Assurance gleich innerhalb 30 Tage in Anspruch genommen, haben Bilder und Videos geschickt, dass die Gläser komplett kaputt ankamen, sogar der Versandkarton war kaputt. Sie sagten uns, das sei unser Pech, weil wir die Pakete nicht annehmen hätten sollen. Wir haben die Ware dringend gebraucht und die Hälfte davon war noch zu gebrauchen, warum sollten wir die Annahme verweigern. Außerdem wurde die Ware einfach so vor der Haustür abgestellt, keiner war da um die Annahme verweigern zu können. Alibaba an sich ist aber eine gute Plattform für Käufe. Leider bieten sie keinen Service."
