"It was OK. Similar to any internet purchase, Communication after purchase a bit strange. I got duplicate communications, two emails with different tracking numbers and even two surveys. Sad that you judge your employees preformance by impersonal surveys rather than taking time to know your staff and trust them to do their jobs and maybe actually establish a working relationship with a customer. "
