"Unreliable! I ordered an HP part, and the web site stated "1 available". I ordered Blue Label delivery. When the part didn't arrive, I called, and was told that HP was conducting inventory and couldn't ship. Apparently, "1 available" meant that they would drop-ship, not that it was in stock.
Not only did they not ship, but they also didn't notify me that it wouldn't ship. When I order blue label, a responsible vendor would realize that this important to me, and at least notify me of the problem.
When I spoke to customer service, their attitude was that it was HP's fault, and they had nothing to do with it.

I promptly received an email stating it was on backorder and asked what I would like to do - continue, cancel the order, etc. I stayed with the order, got second email a few days later saying it had been shipped. Received the next day. (in all fairness I'm in Houston and they are in Austin. Overall pleasant experience and would use again in the future if i need to."

"Couple of things that i would like to point out :
1.) Don't sit on an order for 2 to 3 days after the order has been placed..
2.) For any transaction less than $100 there is no point having the customer sign the delivery. This added one more day for us to receive the shipment since no one stays stays home during the day hours and Fedex does not take the packages back to their sorting locations so that one can pick the package up using the door tag for Fedex Ground Shipments.
