"Lindsey was awesome. After I ordered the part I thought I needed from the website. It arrived 2 days later as promised. Unfortunately, it was only the screws and not the wall mount I was expecting. I called the customer service number and was connected to Lindsey. At first, she was not sure of the part number I needed. HP's documentation is unclear on this. When we finished our phone call, it seemed I would not be able to identify the part I needed in a timely manner. To my surprise, I received an email from Lindsey a couple minute later. The email pointed me in the direction that ultimately led to finding the proper item. Lindsey was able to work with me to expedite the order. Additionally, she upgraded my order to 2 day shipping. I am happy to report the parts were received the next day by 10:30am. Lindsey really went the extra mile and I am happy to write this positive review of my experience with her. Thank you Lindsey....
