"I got the laptop cooling fan I ordered, but have not yet had a chance to install it. My displeasure is with the shipping. First of all, it cost $15 for a part that weighs a couple ounces. I'm used to paying that amount for expedited shipping (one or two days), but this took a week, via FedEx, plus one extra day because the FedEx driver apparently needed a signature but failed to knock on the door to get it (I was home and waiting). Alinc could have sent the part US Mail in the same amount of time, a lot cheaper. (Interestingly, the part came in an inside-out US Mail Parcel Post box, wrapped in UPS bubble wrap. No wonder FedEx makes money!)"

"I needed a graphics card for my HP m9552 Pavilion Elite Desktop PC. I bought the computer new Jan 2009 and upgraded to Windows 7 in Dec 2012. The original graphics card been recalled in 2010 for defective fan. The recall said I had to send in the old card first before they would send me a replacement (HP didn't advise I could have been sent a new card first if I gave them a credit card number as security). Any way, the computer's motherboard has an auxiliary power connector to drive the graphics card, and only the exact graphics card designed and made for HP uses that connector. Trying to use ANY other graphics card results in frequent PC crashing, or the keyboard and mouse becoming inoperable. Alinc had one of the updated cards in new condition (pulled by a jobber from a PC that had never been used). I got the card and it was shipped overnight. The price was reasonable considering the card may be one of the last ones available new on Earth. My PC has been working just fine for 2 weeks now---no more crashes, no more keyboard/mouse disconnects. Thanks Mark at Alinc."
