Unlimited changes are noted as permissible, but with each change, the delay in delivery time is stressed, causing thought dilemma whether to accept what is presented or persevere.
Changes are left up to the customer to dictate what modifications should be made, and for the non-artistic, results can be disastrous. Would prefer that AllPopArt artists present alternatives (such as background colors, etc."
