"Have used this company three time. The first two orders came through correctlyas ordered and on time. This order was was a special order that was to be framed and matted. It shipped as promised but was never delivered by FedEx. I called All Posters and had a replacement made and resent within a week. Fed Ex was to blame for the problem, All Posters took care of it immediately. Excellent customer service and yes, the framed and matted print looks great!"
