"Wouldn't ship to an address other than my billing address using CC. Said it was for my "protection". Explained that I don't visit the billing address frequently and if they ship to the billing address, the package will likely be damaged by weather or lost, and I would then have to file a claim. Still refused. Said I should pay with PayPal so they can ship to the preferred address (don't see how that protects me any more, considering the billing address is the same). Ridiculous. Told them to just cancel the order. I'll find a more competent company...never had this problem with any other company before. Cross that one off the list..."
"I was searching for wiring connectors for a stereo hook up on my 1970 GTO Judge when I came across All Electronics website. At first I thought it was a place to by low grade electrical parts. After I read 2-3 reviews I decided to place a small order to see what kind of stuff they sold, I received the package in a fair amount of time and was surprised at how well it was packed and labeled. The product was a lot better than I gave credit for (I rank it with the top box store electronics). All Electronics will be getting all my electrical parts orders from now on and I work for a farm and I do a lot of electrical repairs on our farm equipment and farm trucks. "I'd like to retract this review. I sent an email to All Electronics explaining my experience and they promptly replied and credited me not only the shipping costs, but gave me a credit towards my next purchase. Very impressive!
I had ordered some parts from All Electronics on 1/21/2015 - I received the parts on 1/26/15. So far, so good. When I opened the package, one of the items - 7 switches, only had 1 switch in the bag. The bag label said 7 switches, but there was only one. I called them on 1/26/15 and let them know. They said they would send out the other 6 first thing in the morning. After waiting a week and a half I called them today 2/4/15. They said they had no record of me calling, so I checked my phone log to make sure I didn't call the wrong number-which I verified I did not call the wrong number. They were polite, but I had no confidence in them sending these out and decided to cancel my order for the remaining 6 switches. Things happen - I understand, but I really think they should have at least offered to credit me back the shipping for my troubles - but they didn't. I won't be buying from them again.

"A great site! I ordered from three different electronics online stores, and allelectronics.com was the first to send and the first to deliver. Of course this means that I couldn't find everything I needed at allelectronics.com, but even digi-key and mouser (one of the orders I made) don't have all products necessary. They had the best prices for many items I needed and wanted. Their dedication toward customer satisfaction showed when they put a note indicating that the batteries on one of their sale products were weak, and they therefore included extra batteries at no charge. Maybe best of all is their flat (I believe) shipping rate of USD 7. Makes very small orders not so worth while, but still on the low end of shipping even if you only spend about USD 15. Once again, a great site. I will be buying from them again."

I can honestly say they have yet to make a mistake, and I have yet to receive an item which was not accurately described in the catalog/online. One thing that stands out about them is the no nonsense, honest product descriptions. If an item is blemished/scratched (rare), or if they aren't sure how it works (again, rare) they state that, and price it accordingly. Most of the products are surplus items so you never know what you'll find, but they have always had a comprehensive stock of common components. "
