The height of the chairs and table make them feel like they are "Big Boys", and the arts & crafts they do make it easier for them to enjoy with no fear of getting down out of the adult size chairs and falling. I've been looking for a 4 chair & table for months and found it with All Modern. Thank you!"

"Wow, what a frustrating process! Not only is shipping to Canada expensive, but it was a nightmare. The item I ordered was listed on the site as being in stock, but when I ordered it my order showed up as delayed due to back-order. When I contacted customer service, I got seven different answers from seven different agents. Several lied and told me it had shipped out on Dec 10th, when in fact it didn't ship until Dec 18th. The item was supposed to have arrived on or before Dec 19th. They tried to blame customs, but my tracking number said it wasn't picked up until the 18th. The problem was I had specified shipping to my work address due to the fact that I'm typically not home during the business day to receive shipments, but my office was to be closed over the holiday period for two weeks. When the shipment was delayed, I tried to get AllModern to either hold the shipment until after the holidays or change the address to my home address. It took them a full week to get back to me and then they told me it was too late, and they shipped it to my office during the holiday. Which was an extreme hassle, since I had to go in on Christmas Eve and then struggle to get an 80 pound box home with the help of a friend since everything was closed. Ridiculous and unnecessarily complicated. And for this I paid over $50 in international shipping and handling charges, on an $100 item? I love the item I ordered -- a TV stand -- but I will never buy from WayFair/AllModern again!"

"I got one box with two items of the same product as ordered. Have not yet received the rest of the order. Waiting is not the problem but you asking for a satisfaction rating before items have arrived seems a little silly."
