AllModern promptly reordered the table for me at no charge and it arrived quickly. The second table was also damaged during shipment, and AllModern again reordered the table, working with the warehouse to make sure that additional packaging was added to ensure a damage-free delivery. "Reading all the wonderful reviews I wonder if I did business with the same company or the out of control bad twin? Bought over $4K worth of furniture. Ordered 4 dining room chairs....they delivered 8. Guess someone in warehouse couldn't read the words "two to a box". Well can't repackage and return. Over 2 weeks later still haven't received all the pieces. Customer service has been looking into the missing mattress and has yet to inform me how or where it was lost other than to say they had a Fedex pickup ticket but the mattress was never picked up. A quick update. Looking at the online order sheet it now says that the mattress will be delievered "on or before August 9". A very generous delivery window....shall I stay home and wait? We did finally resolved the late arriving sectional sofa. Two office chairs are on back order and may not arrive until September. Would be O.K. if when ordering the item it clearly said "out of stock". Now a few words about assembly. Did not find the assembly instructions to be simple as others have indicated and I am very able to complete assembly projects. Comparatively I find Ikea's assembly instructions to be far easier to follow. Take note I said easier not easy."
